Nothing but a Towel (a.k.a. Tagged! 25 things about me)

1. Life's too short to FOLD used plastic grocery bags,

2. but life's NOT so short that we can afford to leave cupboard doors open! Aaah!

3. I fainted when I got my ears pierced.

5. I have been locked out of the house in nothing but a towel. TWICE. (Once was on my mission.)

6. No suspenseful movies. I could only handle 15 minutes of Pirates of the Caribbean 2.

7. I have a TATTOO. An angry person gave it to me with a freshly-sharpened pencil.

8. I once dropped out of High School.

9. I can’t stand one-ply. It bespeaks destitution and disaster.

10. I once accidentally ate curried goat.

11. I collect fortune cookie fortunes. The fortunes I receive are almost always seemingly prophetic.

12. I think bruises are very pretty.

13. When I was little Mom used to put a towel in the dryer to make it nice and warm for me when I got done with my bath. On cold mornings, she would do that with my school pants.

14. I had a “mission curse” of finding DROWNED MICE. One had been dead for a couple of years and the mouse and the water it was floating in got dumped on the front of my leg! EEEEEEW!!!!!!!!!

17. I eavesdrop in public places, collect ridiculous quotes, and post them online.

18. I can make an origami crane out of a paper that’s ½ inch square.

19. My newest favorite movie: 1995 version of Jane Austen’s PERSUASION with Amanda Root and Ciarán Hinds. But I think it’s probably for pretty hard-core Jane Austen fans.

20. I love learning Science and learning about my church.

21. I have 552 messages in my hotmail inbox. 126 are unread.

22. I HAVE SUCCEEDED in breaking myself of the habit of telling whoppers to get myself out of embarrassing situations. My motto was “EMBRACE THE EMBARRASSMENT!!!”

23. My car has synchronized blue flashing speakers. I find them to be disturbing.
