When a semester ends, it's hard for me to relax. I always spend about a month of the vacation tensed up and trying to work really hard. But I need some rest, so I'm going to read a book.
I don't usually read anymore because I don't get anything else done. In this instance, what I need most is not to get anything done.
Yesterday I woke up thinking about Nathaniel Hawthorne. But after looking around in the library, thinking about Bronte, Hawthorne, and Austen, I think that it's time to read another Jane Austen novel instead. Hawthorne would probably deepen my thoughts a bit more, but I need my Austen fix. It will be more therapeutic. I haven't yet read Northanger Abbey.
Hawthorne will just have to wait.
And so will everything else. It's going to be great.

I love it! Congrats on finishing another semester. Does that mean that we can hang out sometime?

I know exactly what you mean about not being able to get anything done when a good book is around. The last couple months I read the last four Harry Potter books. I don't think I have read like that since my junior year of high school. Once I finished the series though, I felt sad, like some of my best friends had died. Lol. So then I read the Twilight series.
